Please read these terms carefully before making a booking
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
4. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. We are not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
6. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the tour and have obtained all necessary vaccinations and medications. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in tour activities.
7. Liability
Nostra Domina Tours & Travel acts as an agent for various service providers including hotels, transport companies, and activity operators. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by these third-party providers.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing travel services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking. We may send you promotional materials which you can opt out of at any time.
